Ama R. Lee (they/them) is an associate at Tomlinson & Shapiro. Prior to joining Tomlinson & Shapiro, they were an associate at Latham & Watkins, where they represented clients involved in various types of complex business transactions. At Tomlinson & Shapiro, Mx. Lee. continues to represent clients with respect to various corporate matters, including forming, restructuring, and dissolving entities, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property, and drafting and reviewing contracts. Additionally, Mx. Lee represents and counsels clients in all aspects of commercial litigation.
