Biography
Carly Grant joined Tomlinson & Shapiro in 2022. She counsels clients on business matters including forming entities, preparing governing documents, drafting and reviewing contracts, writing employee policies, protecting intellectual property rights, as well as providing support on litigation matters.
Prior to joining Tomlinson & Shapiro, Carly litigated in the New York City metropolitan area. Her work involved employment discrimination and policies, labor and business disputes, constitutional and civil rights, contracts, and land use. She twice served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, first for the Honorable George A. Yanthis, USMJ, retired, and also for the Honorable Judith C. McCarthy, USMJ.
