Biography
Rene Hertsberg joined Tomlinson & Shapiro in 2024. He has extensive experience on corporate counsel matters, with a specialty in the building services industry. Types of matters include transactional work, contract drafting & negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, risk management, litigation management, and other general corporate work. Mr. Hertsberg started his career as an associate attorney in a prestigious Chicago law firm concentrating on business litigation.
