Katrina B. Do

Katrina B. Do is an associate attorney at Tomlinson & Shapiro. She represents clients in business transactions, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale transactions, and contract drafting and negotiation. Katrina also advises clients on data privacy matters and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Before joining the firm, Katrina represented clients in litigation, finance and commercial transactions, and worked at a large investment bank.
