After working closely with business leadership teams throughout her career, she understands the importance of aligning legal strategy with business operations and provides practical advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Prior to joining Tomlinson & Shapiro, Meaghan spent a combined 10 years in in-house and compliance counsel positions. That experience gives her extensive knowledge advising on employment matters, compliance in regulated industries, a wide range of contract issues, and general corporate matters.
Meaghan is located in Texas, where she is admitted to the bar, affording Tomlinson & Shapiro even greater opportunities to serve our clients and their operations there.
