Biography
Zohaib Mevawalla is an Associate Attorney at Tomlinson & Shapiro. Mr. Mevawalla has experience litigating commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. He also has experience with respect to non-litigation matters, including forming entities, reviewing transactional documents, and drafting contracts.
During law school, Mr. Mevawalla earned a business law certificate and participated in the Thomas-Tang Moot Court Tournament and Tulane Professional Basketball Negotiation Tournament. He was also a member of the Journal of Intellectual Property, Muslim Law Society, and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
